When registering with us, we offer the following guarantee to all candidates looking for permanent work.
Firstly we will discuss your current situation with you, elaborate on your reasons for leaving, salary and salary expectations and what you are looking to do with your career. One of our experienced Consultants(we employ staff with in excess of 60 years combined Scottish Construction Recruitment experience) will discuss the options we currently have registered from client organisations we are dealing with and advise you on those that best fit your requirements.
Secondly we will put together an action plan based on the above information in agreement with you. We will personally guarantee the following.
i) Your cv will not be sent to any Company without your prior permission.
ii) Prior to submission of your cv to any Company, we will contact you and tell you everything we know about the company, the history to the position, likely career progression and salary levels and provide you with the latest company information we have available.
iii) Prior to interview we will inform you everything we know about the Company you are going to meet, the contacts and what our dealings have been with them and what we know about them, based on our experience of them over the past 20 years.
iv) We will speak to you within 48 hours of the interview taking place.
v) We will obtain feedback for you and inform you of what the next stage of the process will be within 3 working days*.
vi) We will discuss follow up interviews and advise of all stages of the recruitment process up to offer stage.
vii) We will keep in contact with you through the difficult notice period until a start date has been agreed.
viii) We will arrange a meeting with you to discuss how we handled your permanent recruitment search. We will arrange to meet you during your first 3 months to make sure that the position is what you thought it would be at interview stage, after which, for ethical reasons, we will have no further contact with you unless you contact us.
*The only reason we won’t be able to meet this deadline is if the client hasn’t come back to us with their feedback during the allocated timescale. Obviously every effort will be made to obtain this information as quickly as possible as we understand the frustration this can cause.
