A leading Housebuilder requires a Land & Planning Manager to join their Strategic Land Division.
Reporting to the Area Director the role will involve focusing on planning objectives, implementing measures to strengthen the business for the future and working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure the success of proposed developments. The role will also entail providing land reports on cost management, planning timescales and risk variances against annual targets.
Candidates will ideally be qualified in Town Planning or a Commercially related discipline and will have a strong understanding of both the planning process and UK housebuilding and construction, They must have experience either within a local authority Planning Team or a Land team with a residential developer, have client facing experience and the ability to oversee a small team.
