To be recognised as one of the best recruitment agencies in Scotland, by a panel of our peers, really meant a lot to us and showed we offer a service to be proud of.
Here’s the judge’s commentaryﾠon our win:
“The entries in this category were of an incredibly high standard this year, however, the winning entry demonstrated clear values and a shared vision that focused on the development of their people and appreciation of their customer needs. Crucially, in a challenging marketplace, they created unique solutions to address a lack of skilled and experienced candidates in their chosen marketplaces.
They adopt a fresh and progressive approach to staff incentives and almost uniquely, pay no commission to their frontline staff. They have a robust and clearly benchmarked L&D function that would be the envy of much larger agencies with greater resources available to them. Their entry was visionary, steeped in core values and importantly, backed up by a first-class customer, staff and client testimonials.
