For years now, we've worked with hundreds of freelance professionals, week in and week out, across the country. Some were referred on to us, some heard about us through word of mouth and others came across one of our adverts and applied for a role. Regardless of how someone comes into contact with us, we always make sure we offer a consistent, reliable service.

By having our own payroll team we can make sure that our temporary workers are always paid on time. And we'll make sure to find them the sort of work that will meet their requirements and works around their busy lives. Because of this, we have a growing number of temporary workers that have worked with us for over a decade, some are even coming up to two decades working for us!

Martin is one of our longest working temporary workers and he had some kind words to say about his experience working through us:

"I am told that I am one of Contract Scotland’s longest standing temporary workers and this makes sense when I think about it as I have worked for them consistently since about 2004.

When working freelance, one of the main priorities is getting paid on time and this has never been an issue with Contract Scotland… when I have my timesheet in on time!

They do really well, ensuring continuity of work and almost seamless movement from one contract to another.

The consultants keep in touch regularly and visit the site every now and again, I feel very much a part of the team at Contract Scotland and would happily work for them for another 14 years!"
