The truth is job interviews aren't easy. If they were, we'd all be getting the right person for the job every time! The only way to guarantee you're getting the right person is by evaluating their experience against past examples using competency-based questions.

Competency-based questions help move hiring decisions away from the classic intuition-led process (i.e. away from: “I feel that this is the person for the job”). Instead, this style of questions helps focus on getting answers referencing specific incidents rather general questions.
