Contract Scotland is our first and main operation, which we started in 1990. We set out to provide temporary, permanent and fixed-term recruitment services to the construction, property and engineering sectors.
Today, we recruit at all levels from temporary worker to director, and we’re the longest-running and largest independent construction recruiter in Scotland.
But we’re far more modest than that sounded.
There are two main things to know about us – we listen, and we’re thorough.
That sounds simple, but they’re qualities our clients tell us they value. We listen to you tell us about your company, the skills and experience you’re looking for, and the kind of person that would be a good fit. We’ll also advise and challenge you on any issues you may not have considered, such as travel or the impact of temporary versus permanent roles.
Then we very carefully vet your candidate’s references, site qualifications, eligibility to work and experience. So you get the person you need, not just some person we happened to have a CV for.
