Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an Administrator to join our client based at their Hillington office. This is a temporary position and will last around 8 weeks.
You will be office based and your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a half hour lunch break.
Working in this busy and fast paced role, your duties will include:
• Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
• Dealing with incoming emails
• Inputting information into relevant spreadsheet accurately and within agreed timescale
• Dealing with any discrepancies relating to information for spreadsheet
• Any other administration tasks, as required
You will have some administration experience and will be comfortable working in a fast paced, reactive environment. You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
