Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a professional Administrator to join our established client, based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a professional company, who are leaders in their field and operate in the construction industry.

This is an office based role however some visits to Site will be required. Working in modern, city centre offices as part of a professional team, your duties will include:

• Dealing with all visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in and follow correct procedures
• Diary management
• Arranging meetings including room bookings and refreshment
• Document control
• Answering calls and dealing with any queries
• Providing admin support to sites including; maintaining PPE supplies and preparing files for upcoming projects and distribution control of staff / sites
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing to relevant personnel
• Preparing and distributing reports.
• Collating required information and compiling files and manuals for site
• Updating training requirements and booking required training
• Any other related administration duties, as required

This role would suit an ambitious administrator who is keen to progress to Office Manager over time. Previous administration experience in a similar role is required.
