Contract Scotland is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a well-established company based in Paisley. This is a temporary position initially however a permanent opportunity could become available for the successful person.

The role will be part time, around 25 hours each week and they can be flexible in relation to start and finish times.

You will have good administration skills and will be dealing with a variety of different duties including:
• Answering calls / Reception
• Processing sales orders
• Chasing deliveries
• Updating with customer and dealing with complaints / issues
• Organising deliveries
• Dealing with sites regarding problems related to deliveries

You will have previous administration experience from a customer focused role and will have the ability to multitask, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. You will be a confident communicator and will be comfortable developing working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
