Contract Scotland has the ideal job for you. We are looking for an Administrator to join our client based in East Kilbride. This is a temporary role that will last a minimum 4 weeks.

You will be working Monday to Friday however we can be flexible with hours so this would suit someone looking for either part time or full time hours.

You will working as the company administrator and you will be assisting in clearing a backlog in administration work including:

• Filing documents
• Inputting and updating information on the system
• Updating contracts and issuing amendments
• Dealing with sensitive and confidential information

You will have some administration experience and will understand the importance of working accurately and efficiently. Due to the nature of the role you must ensure information is dealt with confidentially.
