Are you a confident Administrator, looking for a new challenge?

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an Administrator to join our client based in the Stirling area. This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a successful, family run, local business.

You will report into the Operations Support Manager and will provide administrative support to the business.

Your duties will include:
• Dealing with all incoming calls and emails to the business and passing onto to relevant person, when required
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the business, ensuring they sign in and out inline with Health & Safety procedures
• Carrying out general tasks including filing and audio typing
• Processing invoices for payment
• Arranging meetings including refreshments and catering
• Arranging travel and accommodation
• Scheduling appointments and diary management

You will be a professional and polite administrator and will enjoy working in a support role where you continually work to deliver an excellent administrative service to colleagues and customers. You must have good communication skills and will feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels of business. You will have a good work ethic and will have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite would be beneficial as would the ability to learn new systems.
