Due to continued growth we are currently working with a client who specialises in Multi-Utilities Services in the construction industry across Scotland and Northern England, as they seek a Administrator to their team based in Cambuslang. As part of this your role, your responsibility will include the following:

  • General administration: paperwork, organising meetings, printing, photocopying, filing etc
  • Diary scheduling and management
  • Reception duties and minute taking
  • Processing purchase orders, updating plant registers, coordinating & updating training registers, processing timesheets, etc

This position requires initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Experience:

  • You must have strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft packages for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • You will be self-motivated and have a proactive approach
  • Candidates coming from a background within the Construction industry would be an advantage
