Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join our client, an award winning house builder based in Larbert. This is a full time, permanent opportunity and where you will have the chance to learn and develop your skills and knowledge as part of an experienced and supportive team.

This is an office based role where you will work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
Working as an After Sales Coordinator you will provide ongoing support to new home owners, ensuring their journey continues to be positive and positive solutions are delivered. You will be working as part of a dynamic team where your main duties will include:

• Promptly responding to customer enquiries and communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and responding to all customer complaints
• Resolving any issues by coordinating with sub-contractors and managing the diaries of our maintenance team
• Walking customers through basic troubleshooting and setup processes
• Arranging meetings and appointments.
• Administration duties, as required

You will have a passion for service delivery and ensuring you provide the best possible customer journey. You will have excellent communication skills and will have the ability to deal with customers with empathy and honesty, always striving to find the best solution possible. After Sales experience within the construction industry would be advantageous but full training would be provided. Any previous customer service or administration experience would also be beneficial.
