Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a growing private housebuilder in Scotland, who have recently increased their Scottish Division by adding a wealth of knowledge and experience from within the sector. They are now looking to pass the knowledge on, and bring in a fresh new Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has the attitude and enthusiasm to learn under their mentorship.
You will be assisting in leading the commercial aspects of three interesting projects, including high end refurbishment as well as bespoke new build houses. This would certainly suit someone who is keen to progress and get hands on experience, as this will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager...
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to manage all allocated projects and seeing this through from award to completion of client and subcontractor final accounts. You will also attend monthly project and client meetings and monitor the production of the main/subcontractors final accounts.
