Assistant Site Manager
Contract Scotland are working with a bespoke SME developer to source an experienced assistant site manager for one of their developments in Aberdeen. This family home development requires an assistant site manager with a strong housebuilding background and good knowledge of NHBC standards.
Day to day tasks include working along side the Site Manager in the day to day running of the site, supervising trades and sub-contractors, health and safety and customer care
To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the private residential sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
