Contract Scotland has a great opportunity for a temporary part-time Bookkeeper to work with our client based in Auchertarder – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9 am – 1 pm, would be the preferred working hours.

This is an office-based position where you will work closely with the directors of this small family-run business.

This role would enable you to work autonomously, reporting directly to Directors.  

Your duties will include:

  • Processing and managing all ledger accounts
  • Reconciling invoices and dealing with any discrepancies
  • Assisting with the preparation of all financial reports and statements 
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
  • Working collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Assisting with month-end
  • Tracking and processing all expense claims and dealing with any queries relating to this

Ideally, you would have 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
