Your role as a Senior Client Manager will be to utilise your strong relationship management skills to support a key group of clients; via face-to-face meetings, telephone/ Zoom calls and email. You will be preventing the need for escalation by engaging in regular dialogue with their senior team. Based in Stirling, a key requirement of the role is to build and maintain excellent working relationships with senior clients across a variety of locations; as determined on a needs basis.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in sales and retention to join our client’s team in Cumbernauld, which operates within the hospitality supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retention and winning back lapsed clients through outbound calling – this is the first position of its kind within our client’s Cumbernauld office. Therefore a fantastic opportunity to lay down the blueprint for future growth in this area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the wider team to follow up on new business leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Proactively identify opportunities to win back lapsed clients
  • Conduct outbound calling to reestablish contact with lost/previous clients, with the intention of converting them back to using our products and services

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retention and winning back lapsed clients through outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM systems
