The position of Civil Infrastructure Design Engineer has arisen within the business. The main purpose of the role is to the support the delivery of roads and drainage design for large public building and commercial developments in Scotland. You will meet and agree briefs with clients, producing designs and specifications that meet or exceed the needs of the development. You will also offer support and direction to junior members of team to ensure desired goals are met.
You will be given the opportunity to work on a range of projects including education, healthcare and other public building development. To apply for the role you should be a degree qualified Civil Engineer with significant experience in roads and drainage design for development infrastructure. Proficiency in Civils 3D and Microdrainage would highly advantageous. Good communication and interpersonal are required given the high-level discussions with clients that will be required, A good degree of commercial awareness would also be desirable
