Do you have administration experience form a construction environment?

Are you available to start work immediately?

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our Glasgow based client on a temporary basis for an initial 4 weeks. This is a full time position where the hours of work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.

Working in this fast paced environment you will work as part of the commercial team where your tasks will include:
  • Raising subcontractor orders
  • Making subcontractor payments
  • Raising job numbers on the system
  • Document/system management
  • Providing ad hoc admin support to the wider team, as required

You will have experience of working in a similar role and must be available to start immediately. A working knowledge of Navision would be advantageous for this role however training can be provided. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of business.
