This position will give you complete Commercial control of numerous prestigious developments in Central Scotland, working side by side the Commercial Director. You will be expected to lead the team, as well as establishing and managing sub contractors. The role technically demands someone who is capable of producing procurement schedule and strategy as well as producing cash flow forecasts.
To be the best in the industry, this developer realising having the best team is the only way they can achieve this. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working closely with new build residential developments during your career. It would also be ideal if you have had experience of having responsibility for more Junior members of staff.
In terms of qualifications, this role requires a HNC/BSc in Quantity Surveying as well as being computer literate. Having a flare for numbers will certainly help in this role, as well as excellent communication skills.
