A successful main building contractor is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to support their operations in Scotland. As Quality Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high levels of customer service to their client base.
A regional main contractor who has enjoyed a dominant presence in the East of Scotland for many years is looking to recruit a Construction Supervisor to assist in the delivery of an industrial building project in the West Lothian area.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Construction Supervisor will play a lead role in driving site activities, ensuring a strong safety culture is maintained whilst programme milestones are met.
Specific responsibilities will include;
- Produce and monitor work schedules
- Delegate tasks to site operatives and labour teams
- Ensure quality reporting systems are adhered to
- Manage logistics and materials procurement
- Liaise with sub-contractors and third party stakeholders
- Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions and ensure training records are maintained accurately.

Suitable applicants should have proven experience in a management/supervisory role within a main contracting environment. A good working knowledge of industrial building refurbishment works is also required. Recognised safety qualifications such as SMSTS and NEBOSH would be highly advantageous.
