Are you an experienced Contracts Manager who can oversee multiple fast paced, new build construction sites in the West of Scotland? We have a great opportunity for someone to join this high performing team.
The company we are working with have a very low staff turnover, coupled with a strong order book and continuing project success. As one of the largest and most successful main contractors within Social and Affordable Housing in the West, they are looking for an experience Contracts Manager to oversee 4-5 Affordable housing sites.
They set themselves apart by having open communication with the subcontractors, working in partnership to ensure the success of each site and project, maximizing repeat clients and good contractor relations.
Duties will include:
• Direct Man management
• Oversight of health and Safety
• Management of sub contractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Client interaction
• Problem solving
• Recruitment of staff
To be considered, you must be highly experienced Construction Mangers who have a strong track record over overseeing multiple large new build construction projects.
You should be familiar with local sub contractors, health and safety legislation and various construction techniques. Possession of a SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid Certificate along with a full UK driving license is also essential for the position.
