Customer Care Inspector position with housebuilder

This would suit someone who has experience working directly within the New Build Residential Industry either in a Customer Care, Maintenance Manager or Assistant Site Manager who would like to work in a solely Customer focused role.
This company lives and breathes Customer Service… and it is because they are so proud of the product they deliver, and quite rightly so given the numerous quality awards they have won over the years.
This role roll involve working alongside the site, sales and customer care team… dealing directly with customers on site and inspecting properties to ensure all snagging defects have been identified and maintenance organised.
To be considered for this position, ideally you will have the following…
• Experience working within the new build residential sector
• In depth understanding of NHBC regulations
• Come from a trades background, ideally Joinery
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service experience within the housing sector
