Due to continued growth of the company our client has created a new role and is looking for a Customer Care Inspector who will work with the Customer Care Manager ensuring that every house is exact to the NHBC Regulations and be an integral part in keeping the high standards expected of the company.

You will be responsible for:
• Liaising with customers and contractors to ensure that all issues and complaints are dealt with accordingly
• Ensuring that all remedial works are carried out at agreed times and completed to the required standard
• Managing the timescales for the response to the customer care issues
• Producing and maintaining the relevant documentation relating to the customer care issue

This position would be ideal for someone who is currently working with a Housing Association in a Clerk of Works role with a strong joinery or technical background and will require travelling around sites across the Central Belt so a driving license is essential.

Our client is also flexible for the right candidate and is open to a full time permanent candidate or a part time or freelance candidate who is happy to work with and report to the Customer Care Manager .

In return for this new and exciting opportunity you will receive a £30,000 to £35,000 salary, car allowance and bonus.
