We are working closely with a private developer who we have built a strong relationship with over the years, as they search for a Development/Land Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Land Director. You will be involved in the pre construction and land stages right through the development process.
Ideally to be suitable for this role, we are looking for someone already working within the residential industry, ideally working with a private housebuilder although the affordable housing sector will also be considered. You must come from a Technical background, Engineering or Architecture, or have a sound understanding of the technical elements of development. You must also have a strong knowledge or background in the Land process from viability stage.
In terms of culture fit and personality, you must be an outgoing communicator and be comfortable being client facing. As you will be working within a small team, you must be a team player and willing to get involved in aspects of company that might occasionally be outwith the norm, so a strong work ethic is needed.
