Contract Scotland are working with a bespoke Edinburgh housebuilder who are looking to create a new role for a Development Manager working alongside their senior management.

As a Development Manager within this new role you will be actively seeking new land for prime residential, commercial and industrial use across the central belt, networking and approaching clients, purchasing sites and dealing with land owners and working with the sales and after care teams.

This role requires a dynamic person with previous land experience and their own little black book who is organised, flexible and pro-active and looking for the opportunity to grow the company further, reaching its full potential.
