Contract Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated document controller to join our client in the Kilsyth area, who work across a range of sectors including rail, highways, air, marine, energy and water.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
– Update and distribute documentation as needed
– Ensure all documents are properly organized and accessible
– Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for document creation and updates
– Implement document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
– Monitor document changes and revisions, ensuring proper version control
– Train employees on document control processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience of working in a similar position, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
