Your main responsibilities will include assisting with supply chain management, supporting project teams, collating project documentation, and providing document management support.

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in document management, administration support, and project record management will be highly beneficial.

This position requires initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • Experience of working in a Site Administration/Document Control role  
  • Previous experience completing the above duties
  • Candidates coming from a background within the Construction industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
