Electrical Project Manager

As one of the most diverse and client focussed Building Services Contractors in Scotland, their regional business for the West of Scotland is currently implementing a longer-term growth strategy in conjunction with winning multiple projects on both traditional build projects as well as on various public and private sector frameworks. Joining an experienced and large operational team, you'll be responsible for the full electrical project management for M&E Building Services installation projects up to the value of £3mil across a variety of sectors and industries for a mix of main contracting and framework clients.
The successful applicant will combine their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Electrical Engineering function on major and key projects for the organisation. Finding cost effective solutions to any issues on projects and an ability to still not compromise on quality whilst fully managing a large labour force and specialist sub-contractors is a major facet of this role. On top of this, you will play a key part in the commercial reporting and commercial success of various projects with the support of a large in-house quantity surveying team.
Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services contractor in either an Electrical Project Engineering or Electrical Project Management capacity and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management function on various projects within a forward-thinking Building Services Contractor.
At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate Electrical Project Engineering/Management experience in an M&E Building Services organisation. You should have a wide and well developed commercial awareness' as well as a track record on delivering on multiple projects.
On top of working with a business which has a track record of promoting from within and rewarding high performers with career progression opportunities, you can expect an annual salary of £45k-£52k per annum including a benefits package which includes car allowance/company car, matched pension contribution, private healthcare and discretionary annual bonus.
