Do you want to work for one of Scotland's up and coming Building Services contractors who are developing a strong reputation and wide client base throughout the Central Belt?

If you are from an Electrical Project Management background within the Building Services sector and have an interest in being responsible for the day to day project management over commercial building services projects up to the value of £10mil then this is a rare opportunity to become a part of one of Scotland's leading M&E Building Services providers based from their head offices in Glasgow.

This is an opportunity to join an extensive business operation which is quickly growing due to continued project awards across a variety of Tier 1 Main contracting clientele on projects up to £10mil in M&E value. Joining an existing diverse and passionate projects team, you'll be responsible for the full Electrical project management for significant M&E Building Services projects particularly within the healthcare, commercial, industrial and education industries. On top of this you will join a truly modern and dynamic business who have developed a strong positive working culture which is focussed on added value to their clients as well as ensuring commercial success.

For this position, the successful individual will bring their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Electrical engineering function on various commercial projects for the organisation working for various public sector, main contracting and end-user clients. Finding cost effective solutions to any issues on projects and an ability to still not compromise on quality whilst fully managing a large labour force is a major facet of this role. Ultimately, the key to this role is the ability to liaise and work with key stakeholders at all levels in order to ensure repeat business and develop existing relationships with a range of clients, as well as driving forward a motivated site workforce and working closely with the Project QS to ensure the commercial success of projects.

Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services contractor in either an Electrical Project Engineer or Electrical Project Manager role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management on traditional M&E Building Services projects with a business which is committed with your career growing with them along with their business growing too.

At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a recent track record in electrical project engineering and management experience in an M&E Building Services organisation. You should have a wide and well developed commercial awareness as well as a track record on delivering on both new build and refurbishment commercial projects.

As well as a competitive salary between £45k-£55k per annum , you can expect a benefits package which include a car allowance, private healthcare and matched pension scheme.
