As part of a drive to become a more sustainable organisation and being minded to look at their own costs, this group are looking to hire an Energy Manager who’ll review, assess and the draft changes that can be implemented within the development itself, thereby promoting efficiency of the venue as well as ensuring the continued use of this well-known (and established) building.
The client are open to the background of the candidate however given the nature of this role, there are some key criteria;
• Building Management System (BMS) experience
• Demonstrable evidence in managing projects with a keen focus on costings
• Acting as an architect of change within an establishment
• Understanding of sustainable energies and their use in commercial developments
On offer for this role;
• Salary in the range of £50,000-£56,000
