Within the current market there has never been higher demand for estimation staff in the Scottish Construction Market. As a successful candidate you can expect from the organisation a good work/life balance, a stable working environment and will be given the chance to develop your skill set as the business grows within the Scotland.

As an Estimating Assistant your key duties will include, however won't be limited to:
• Assisting estimators when pricing projects
• Updating sub‐contractor and tender databases, preparing monthly statistics on tendered projects
• Administering the estimating system and ensuring all projects are set up correctly in line with specifications
• Assist estimators in final tender proposal documents
• System management/coordination
• Data collation, reporting and analysis
• Import Bills of Quantities to estimating system
• Issue material and sub-contractor enquiries
• General administration, in line with business needs
