Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in the Stirling area. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a business who promote progression and growth.

You will be part of the support services administration team and will provide direct support to the Head of Asset Management as well as the wider team. The role is very varied and you must work proactively to ensure the team receive the highest level of support.

The duties of the role include:
  • Providing secretarial support including; arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, diary management, arranging travel and dealing with incoming correspondence for Head of Asset Management
  • Actively participating in meetings, providing the team with your observations and suggestions
  • Organising team and company events
  • Identifying, developing and implementing improvements to current processes
  • Updating information on systems including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Working with the support services team to ensure administration for whole business is up to date

You must be organised and proactive and as well as ensuring you provide direct support to Head of Asset Management and their team you must also have an awareness of the wider office and take a proactive approach to dealing with additional tasks. You will be a team player who is hard working with the ability to identify solutions rather than problems. This role has potential to grow and develop.
