Mechanical Project Manager
If you are from a Mechanical Project Management background within the Building Services sector and have an interest in being responsible for the day to day project and commercial management over multiple M&E installation projects, then this is a rare opportunity to become a part of one of Scotland's leading players in the M&E Building Services contracting industry based from their head offices on the outskirts of Glasgow.
This M&E contractor's expanding business operation is currently experiencing a period of growth due to winning multiple M&E installation projects across Central Scotland Joining an existing projects team, you'll be responsible for the full mechanical project management of mid-sized M&E Building Services projects up to the value of £6mil, particularly within the healthcare, commercial fit-out and education industries throughout the West of Scotland.
We're looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise and commercial acumen to lead the Mechanical engineering function on many major and key projects for the organisation. A key success factor to this role would be your ability to deliver multiple projects at once whilst still ensuring a high quality of product and client satisfaction. Ultimately, the key to this role is the ability to liaise and work with key stakeholders at all levels in order to ensure repeat business and develop existing relationships with bot large to smaller sized main contractors.
Perhaps you're currently working for an M&E Building Services Contractor in either a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager role and you are looking for a new challenge by leading the project management function for multiple Mechanical projects.
At this stage, you'll need to be able to demonstrate extensive Mechanical project engineering and management experience whilst displaying a commercial awareness within an M&E Building Services organisation. You should have a developed portfolio of completed Building Services installation from pre-commencement through to completion.
