A progressive and forward thinking Building Services Contractor is looking to expand their team of experts and appoint a candidate who will utilise their experience and effectively perform as Mechanical Project Manager. If you have a background in Project Management and/or Project Engineering and want to be part of one of the Scotland's largest and continuously thriving Building services companies, then we want to hear from you. Within this role you shall work alongside a competent and knowledgeable team to deliver complex projects primarily across various commercial new build and refurbishment projects up to £10mil in value. With this opportunity comes the chance to enhance your career and demonstrate your capabilities while working on a range of projects across public and private sector alongside leading Tier 1 Main contractors as well as works to direct end-user clientele.

The role is based across projects in the Dundee, Tayside and Fife regions and will involve some travel across the region. The ideal candidate will be familiar and comfortable with a project management role, as well as having a wealth of knowledge about the Building Services sector with a Mechanical bias. If successful you can expect a salary between £45K - £55K + company car or car allowance + private healthcare + discretionary annual bonus as well as working for one of the leading Scottish M&E Contractors who are one of the best employers across the industry.
