Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity for a New Home Sales Advisor to join one of the UK’s largest house builders based in the East. This is a full time permanent role offering a competitive salary and mileage for travel to and between sites.

Your working week will be Thursday to Monday 10am – 5.30pm inclusive with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off.

You will be delivering excellent customer services and guiding the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit an existing Sales Advisor or a proactive, process-driven person with good communication skills.

The role itself will involve:

  • Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
  • Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate the product
  • Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

As a potential candidate you will have:

  • Experience of working within a face to face sales environment
  • Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
  • Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked.
  • Lone working, dependent on site.
  • Able to work weekends and bank holidays
