Are you someone who has a passion for sales? Contract Scotland has an exciting new requirement for a New Home sales advisor to join our client’s team in Midlothian. This is an urgent temporary requirement with the possibility of going permanent later this year for the right candidate. 

Daily duties include:

  • Conducting property tours for potential buyers and showcasing the unique features of each home.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing information about the property market, financing options, and the home buying process.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participating in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.

The ideal candidate must have experience in new home sales. You will be required to work Thursday to Monday, £12H-£13H depending on experience.
