We are working with a small to medium sized Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a Project Engineer ( Structures ) to join their team in the new year.

This Engineering Consultancy is a dynamic company who have enjoyed highly successful periods of business in the recent past, and it is due to this reason that they are looking to grow their team further. The consultancy has over 15 people within their office, with a structural and smaller civils team. You will have the opportunity to join the structural team working with Senior Engineers and Directors. They will continue to support and mentor you throughout the development of your career. Projects
In this role, you will be exposed to a broad portfolio of work including residential, educational and industrial projects, across both the public and private sector.
Having been to their office myself, I can say with confidence that you will enjoy a modern, clean and spacious working environment. The office is open plan which means that you can interact with your colleagues as needed. There is also free parking on site.
The staff also get together regularly outside of work enjoying meals after work, comedy evenings etc. As a Structural Engineer, you will:
• Produce high quality, cost-effective structural designs & technical specifications to clients
• Work with a variety of building structure materials - steel, timber, masonry and concrete
• Use a range of software's such as; Tedds, Tekla and AutoCAD The successful candidate will be:
• Degree qualified in Civil / Structural Engineering ( or equivalent )
• Experience of working in a design consultancy environment
• Possess a thorough understanding of industry standards
• Willing to learn on the job and continually grow their skillset
• Able to work in a team of Engineers as well as individually when required
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
