They are a privately owned business with a genuine desire to maintain their reputation as experts in building retail and various other commercial developments. Winning multiple projects and securing repeat business has led to hiring needs to support their pipeline of work, and they are keen to employ a capable and confident PM, ideally having experience in managing projects from the ground up. The role demands that you are comfortable leading a large site and project team, managing the building project and taking on a complex package contract.
