This distinguished, family-owned, company operates at the forefront of Scotland’s construction industry; providing an opportunity to lead some of the most diverse projects in the country.
Our client, a prominent general build contractor, is looking to add a Project Manager to their well-established team in the West of Scotland. They are a family-owned business that operates at the forefront of Scotland’s construction industry, taking on diverse and complex projects across the country.
Supported by a long-standing, committed team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, managing subcontractors and driving standards in quality, time management, budget and health & safety. Demonstrable experience managing residential and industrial work is desirable as our client has a strong pipeline of work secured in these sectors.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and an extensive benefits package:
• Salary £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience.
• Company car or car allowance.

You will have;
• Demonstrable experience managing general build projects.
• Proven ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Good understanding of construction programmes.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards.
