Due to the successful increase of work in the North East, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their operations team in Aberdeen. As a national and family-owned business, they operate at the forefront of Scotland’s construction industry and take on complex projects within varied sectors.

As Project Manager, you will gain valuable experience leading major projects from inception to completion and will be supported by a well-established and professional team.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
– Driving standards in quality, time management, budget and health & safety.
– Managing and coordinating subcontractors and supply chains.
– Providing leadership and mentoring junior employees.
– Managing labour and driving productivity.
– Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.

To be considered for this role, you will:
– Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
– Have demonstrable management experience within the construction industry.
– Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
– Be a driven and strategic individual who is confident and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.
