Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in refurbishment, fit-out, conservation and restoration projects?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Construction Manager to join a reputable contractor, initially on a project in the Midlothian area.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
– Leading the procurement of subcontractors and ensuring that they are appointed on time.
– Ensuring that site records are produced and maintained accurately and that commercial opportunities are identified.
– Taking responsibility for the construction programme and ensuring that it is accurately maintained.
– Producing client progress reports.
– Ensuring everyone on site is sufficiently trained and identifying any areas of development.
– Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
– Leading project review meetings.
– Ensuring specified quality standards are understood and achieved.
– Organising construction phase sign off and handoff with client.

To be considered for this role, you will:
– Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
– Have demonstrable management experience within the construction industry.
– Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
