Location: Stirling
Salary: £45000 - £50000 per year
Reference: J22081
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

A respected Cost and Project Management Consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their tight-knit team based in Stirling.

Often taking on interesting, bespoke projects, they employ a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors focused on delivering an expert, people-focused service. With strong moral and ethical principles (something all too often lost in today’s climate), they believe that it is only by acting in the collective interest of all stakeholders, that true success is achieved.

They require a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the commercial, public or industrial building markets. As part of a small team, duties and responsibilities will vary according to the specific challenges thrown up by individual projects and clients. What is most important is that you are a creative, dynamic individual capable of using your expertise and experience to best effect in adapting to the varied challenges you encounter.

You can expect to be given autonomy to be able to make key decisions in aid of delivering the right solutions to your client base. The accountability and pressure that comes with working within an SME environment may not be for everyone. However, if you are ambitious and eager to progress, then this may well be the opportunity for you.

If you would prefer a confidential consultation on the role ahead of applying, Grant Dalziel our Senior Consultant within Cost Consultancies is available to speak with you on 01786 446651.
