A regional construction business is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to its commercial team. The role will involve managing all commercial aspects relating to a long-running term framework based in Montrose.

As Quantity Surveyor you will take responsibility for;
- Maintaining key client relationships, ensuring the continued success of the framework
- Work in tandem with Site Management and wider delivery teams, providing commercial input wherever required
- Production of monthly cost plans and cost value reconciliations.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and payments where necessary.
The role could be suited to an Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to assume more responsibility or possibly a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for reliable, long-term work in the Angus area.
Applicants should be degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors with experience within the construction industry. Past experience managing term frameworks would be highly preferred but not essential.
