We're looking to speak to you whether you already have direct recruitment experience or not, because finding someone with the right character/personality traits is more important to us than whether you've worked in recruitment before.
Then again, if you are currently working as a recruitment consultant, or have carried out the role in the past, you've got a head start! No doubt you've experienced meaningless sales/call targets and pressure to send irrelevant CV's as part of those roles. We don't have those KPI's' and we dont work to volume-based commission.
We also have our own experienced in-house finance/payroll and administration team, who'll take care of many of the tasks that burden recruitment consultants in other organisations, leaving you to focus on being a real' recruiter!

If you are going to join us then you'll need to be sharp, self-motivated, confident, come with robust organisational skills, and will require particularly strong communication & social skills to build, maintain and enhance mutually beneficial working relationships, persuading and influencing at every step along the way. We don't cut corners here, so you'll also need an uncompromising attention to detail and the desire to meet the high expectations of both employers and jobseekers.
