Are you a Sales Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience achieving strategic growth plans and thrive on seeing results?

We are really excited to be working with an international organisation who specialises in the supply of waste management equipment. Ideally you will bring with you, experience of working within a similar role. You will also be an individual focused on delivering set targets within tight deadlines. This position will be home based, with travel required throughout Scotland.

Day to day you will be tasked with:
• Proactively canvassing, networking and relationship building with new and existing clients
• Grow and increase the company's presence/exposure within Scotland
• Working alongside the senior management team to maintain client contacts and seek new opportunities
• Account management
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Reporting to daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales figures
• Supporting and guiding customers through each stage of the sales process

What do you need to apply:
• Ideally you will also have knowledge, an understanding and experience of the waste industry (manufacturing and/or engineering)
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills due to the high level of interaction associated with this role
• Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
• Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft packages
• Previous experience in the property industry within the local market would be advantageous
