Are you currently working in housing/property sales, letting or financing? Perhaps you aren't, but can demonstrate success in another sales environment where you've built relationships face to face which have led to significant purchases or longer term sales?
One of the UK's largest and most recognisable housebuilders is looking to identify Sales Advisors for their developments across the East of Scotland.
Excellent sales skills and customer service are paramount to this builder, with the focus on their customer's individual journey through the home buying process critical to everything they do. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding customers through each stage, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible, but all whilst meeting agreed sales targets.
Whilst previous experience in the property industry would be beneficial, it's not essential, so long as you can prove that you have a track record in persuading and influencing customers face to face over a period of time, all whilst being approachable and providing a high quality service.
You'll initially find yourself working alongside the existing sales team, so you can expect a network of support and a training plan to help set you up for the future.
This role will require you to work Thursday through to Monday (with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off), so you will need to be flexible, but in return there is a significant OTE package on offer which will allow to you maximise your earning potential.
