Sales Advisor

We are proud to be working with one of the most reputable privately owned, award winning developers in Scotland as they look to secure a Sales Executive for a flagship new homes site starting in East Lothian in early 2019.

Excellent customer service is paramount to this builder with the focus on their clients individual journey through the home buying process critical to everything they do. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding customers through each stage, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible.

Working 30 hours per week Thursday through to Monday, there is the added benefit of no late night working!

This is an employer that invests heavily in their workforce and have a really strong training process for any new members of staff so you will not be thrown in at the deep end! You can tell staff enjoy working here as employee retention is incredibly high.

Perhaps against the norm, this developer do not pay commission to their Sales Consultants, instead an enhanced salary is provided with a strong bonus package and wider company benefits.

Samantha Pettigrew
Managing Consultant

Samantha Pettigrew has been with Contract Scotland since 2007 beginning her career within the permanent division. She spent her first years cutting her teeth in the SME sector before moving across to the housing division where she succeeded in building relationships with several key players in the industry. Whilst day to day responsibility for these sectors falls to her colleagues, she remains actively involved from a management perspective. Samantha’s primary focus at present is managing the expansion of our New Homes Sales Staffing Division within the Housing and Property Sector at Contract Scotland as a result of demand from existing clients. She spends much of her time working with her clients and bringing her own personal touch to any recruitment campaign she works on.
