Sales and Marketing Manager

We are working with a client who has an established reputation in the home building industry for producing quality homes across Scotland, as the embark on a campaign to appoint a Field Sales Manager to cover sites in Scotland from Grampian to Inverclyde. We would like to hear from individuals passionate and enthusiastic about the home building industry, someone with a flair for design and interiors alongside the ability to motivate and drive sales through engagement and mentorship in both group and one to one forums.
In terms of processes this business is at a unique embryonic stage with how sales reporting and management is currently coordinated and we would be looking for the successful candidate to be able to present ideas from the get go and not be phased by the need to hit the ground running. It would also be helpful if you were confident and capable in utilising IT systems, as effective management of the centralised database is key to the role.
Given the scale of the role, it is essential that you have a background in the property industry, have a clean driving licence and have a flexible approach to travelling across Scotland and weekend working on alternate weekends.
