Contract Scotland are delighted to be continuing work with one of Scotland’s industry leading civil engineering companies as they focus on work within their rail sector.

A rare and very exciting opportunity for a Section Engineer has risen to work on a large railway development near Inverness airport on a freelance basis until October 2022.

What’s required?
• A valid CSCS card
• PTS would be desirable but not essential
• Experience within the rail sector
• Ability to work with and lead a team of engineers
• PAYE only

What’s involved?
• Setting out earthworks, station platforms and car parks
• Completing site diaries and quality documentation (ITR / ITP sheets)
• Preparation for task briefing sheets, permits and method statements

The contractor is able to provide accommodation for up to 2 weeks, however is offering competitive daily rates.
